Title: "You Are Banned" Error When Accessing Likes

Have you any ideas why users get this message when viewing who liked a post.

I just got one today when I clicked another users likes list.

it just seems random when it appears. Sometimes, it'll show the list of users and sometimes it will show the banned error.

What was the latest change done to the forum prior to this happening?

It's been doing this since I upgraded to SMF 2.1 in 2022.
