How should I edit the members list so that only administrators can view and edit the WEBSPACE?

what do you mean by "webspace"?
Do you mean the "Website" column in the public member list?
If so - you can turn it OFF, but there is currently no simple way to restrict it to admin only view...
Although I suppose that you could turn OFF the default website field and create a new one and then set it to admins only in the privacy setting for new profile fields....
