New install.
I moved servers AFTER install (unfortunately).
Everything is working however I noticed smileys are not.
Upon further examination ... smileys are working within the editor. You can see them. When previewing... You can see them. When posting... you can not see them within the forum. They show up as a broken image. Heck ... you can see the smileys in the quick editor down below at the same time as the broken one you just made from the quick editor! (see attached).

This is (I am guessing) a setting somewhere still looking for the smiley at the wrong place on the board itself. Where might that setting be by chance??

Solved. My apologies. It was an http vs https issue in one of my settings.
