You know what would be nice? Moderator verification of messages by certain users. For example, when I have one or two troublesome users, but not *all* of their posts are bad, it would nice if I could put them in suspension. Now every time they post, that info goes into a waiting area, and a moderator or higher can approve or deny the message.
It would be nice to do this system wide, just for a board, or just for a unique user.
When the message is approved it gets posted in the proper area. When denied, it gets thrown out and a message is sent to the user, telling them that their post was denied. IN addition, I think a bulk 'approve/deny' method would be good too.
Thougts?

Post moderation has been brought up, but I think it hasn't been decided on yet.

Would this go for new topics or all messages? I think I see a way of doing this with permissions.
All messages, I think, but not of all users. That would be a very nice feature! I have some of those members, where this function would be great for!
darn, if it were for new topics only, it _might_ be able to be done with permissions.
No, it would be all messages, but on a per user basis.
What if I kowtow? Would that inspire you guys to maybe make it happen? Eh? I'm not below that ya know!

good idea.. if moderators for the relevant section can do the authorisation.
I made a mod for this for YABB SE. If it doesn't get included in the release I'll ensure I port my mod over for those who want it...
WOO HOO! Hey, where is your YSE mod? I would go scrounging, but I figure you have easier access to it than I.

On the completed mods board on the yabbse forum ;) You can either use the advanced visual warning mod which includes it or the post moderation mod which is probably on the second page of the board ;)
Of course we know how to do it ;)
