Ok, so why it says I am "not allowed" to post more than 4 attachments when I am an admin and attachment per post is set to 4 ?

you can set the attachment limit to max then you can disable attachments for all other user groups.

This is not the point. I should be free the exceed those limits whatever they are set since I am an admin. See the quote above :)
