Title: Cannot get install.php to run

I uploaded all the files, set the permissions and now when I visit http://forum.website.com/install.php I get an Internal Server Error. I uploaded all the files to the root of the forum subdomain of my website.

-Update-

Read the forums and found that settings permissions to 755 instead of 777 seems to fix the problem
