I was wanting to know if there can be a reference in the Info Center, specifically the Users Online area, somewhere so as to be able to reference what each of the colors for the membergroups mean. It'd be really nice to be able to easily see what each color means.
Thanks.
There's a mod for this: Membergroup Color Legend. You can get it in the modifications section. :)
Oh, my fault, I meant for this site. I'd like to know what each of the colors mean for this forum, the SMF Community Forum. I was hoping that would be fairly self-explanatory by having it in this board.
Well, basically they're just the colors of the badges.
So...
Red = SMF Manager
Green = SMF Support Specialist
Cyan = SMF Design Team
Gold = SMF Doc Writer / SMF Language Coordinator
Purple = SMF Mod Developer
Orange = SMF Developer
Blue = SMF Charter Member
Now, did I forget any? ::)
Yeah, I know. I've been here long enough that I've figured them out.
I think it'd be good to have a little key down in the Info Center somewhere showing this, so that others can see what color means what.
Otherwise, what's the point? I mean, the colors are there for new people just as much as the older members, aren't they?

Yes, for newbies like me who were lucky enough to read this thread.

Relatives of the managers :P
J/K
Mainly they are retired SMF volunteers ;)
For example [unknown] was one of the main developers, he is SMF Friends now, dtm.exe was a support specialist and he is an SMF Friends too now...

In addition to Elmacik's post: the SMF Friends don't have a specific color, they just go with the rest of the online list. :)
Or they are friends from the yabbse era.
