Title: Validator target

I just observed that the links at the very bottom of this screen:
QuoteXHTML, CSS, WAI, Sitemap
do not have a target assigned to them. I think it would probably be better if we had them open in a new screen (_blank), so the page isn't "lost" as soon as they validate it.
