Title: Database Errors (Errcode: 122)
Post by: Desktop on March 24, 2006, 02:38:46 PM
QuoteCan't create/write to file '/tmp/#sql_6a9_0.MYI' (Errcode: 122)
File: /home/hostspro/public_html/forum/Sources/BoardIndex.php
Line: 82

Previously there was a message saying I needed to upgrade the databases from 1.0.5 to 1.0.6, which I've just done but I'm still getting an error message.

I read that it may be caused by running out of disk space (and that's understandable because the SMF database is about 85MB) so I contacted my host except I'm on a VPS, so there is no limit to the Database size and I'm nowhere near the overall limit of 20GB so I don't know what I've done wrong... it was working perfectly, then something just happened.

If anyone could help me out, I'd be extremely grateful!

Hi,

Your disk is not full.

Please use phpmyadmin to repair all tables in your DB :)

Last time I had my host fix it, its just happened again though and my host probably won't get back to me for a few hours. I just tried repairing all tables in the database, they were all repaired successfully but it had no effect on the forum at all

Have your host empty out the /tmp directory, or empty it yourself if you are able to do so.
