Hi everybody that reads me :)

as Belgium is a multilingual country, i would make the website, content in 2-3 languages
with the possibility to chose the language on the home page and in register/profile
is it possible with Tiny Portal and SMF?

You certainly can. SMF will probably have complete translations for the other languages, however TP might not have complete translations. If it doesn't you could help complete them, there isn't many to translate.

the main question is if TP and SMF permit to create contents in different languages and
how to make it?
and not only the structure of the TP / SMF itself

Well what sort of content? Forum posts? No. TP Blocks.. I think you can.
