SMF Version: SMF 1.1 RC2
I have installed smf 1.1 rc2 and installed aspell I tested & found out I needed espell librarys after I had the smf installed. I still can't spell check! Do I need to reconfigure php to get this going? I found spell_test.php on a 2 yo posting & it fails to run.

Does anyone have any idea on how to fix this?

not fair this forum has spell check just to rub it in! |

Dunno if SMF requires it (believe so), but you might need the iSpell PHP module. If you have access to rebuild PHP, you will need to enable it as a configure option.

You might have the spell checker libraries, but they dont function unless you set them to.
Configure your php.ini to use the spell checker libraries, and restart your HTTP server.
