It looks like not all of your files got uploaded, or not correctly.

cache_put_data() is declared in Load.php, so that file is probably missing, so long as you didn't make any code changes.

I'd suggest to try to reupload SMF.

Edit: I upload the files and it works! Congratulations, the installation process is complete! that what is said! :) I am happy it works.
