In the Themes/default/languages/ModSettings.english file on line 76 "offline" is spelled "fffline". Which makes it appear that way in the Edit Features and Options menu.

There have been at least 2 other reports of this. [Unknown] has already fixed it.

It's a beta, I wouldn't worry about spelling mistakes for now...
