Hello.

Yes this is an issue with your hosting account / server.

It is the server demand causing this issue which means too many people are on the server at once, I suggest waiting 10minutes then trying or contacting your provider

It was all working 30mins ago it has been down for 30mins!

Trev (hosting owner) isa  good freind of mine he has got alot of other sites on his server but their sites are fine thats the only thing not working on my site

i also didnt set up a database prefix as i am new and dont really know what that is

make sure your paths in Settings.php are correct, you can do this with repair_settings.php (http://www.simplemachines.org/download/?converters)
