Just a quick note to say that I have started a Avatar/Smiley/Wallpaper type site, I will also be offering free Image hosting service so that your users dont have to upload avatars to your forums!
I was thinking of doing a skins/template section aswell or do you think there are enough people doing those already?

You can post this in the Showcase (http://www.simplemachines.org/community/index.php?board=6.0) board, only if you have a smf forum up and running on your website.
