As you can see here: http://dawnswebdesigns.com/forum/index.php (http://dawnswebdesigns.com/forum/index.php) I'm using the BlackDay Theme. For some reason my message icons won't show up. They do when I revert to the default theme. But not with BlackDay. And I've uploaded them in binary mode...so that's not it. Can anybody please tell me why they're not showing up?
try manually uploading them in ASCII or auto? and are you overwritting the old images, aswell as putting them in correct folder

I tried them in ASCII too & still no luck. Yes I'm overwriting the old images. And they're in the BlackDay's post folder within the images folder...considering the default theme's the same way...I'm assuming it's right.
Any other ideas? :)

Actually I was just told by someone here that I'm using a theme built for an older version of SMF than what I'm using. Some of my stats also aren't showing up. So I guess I'll have to find a new theme altogether. :-[ I liked this theme...I wanted to add a background/change the scroll bar colors but my .css wouldn't work...at least not where I put it. But...thanks for trying anyways. ;)
there is a 1.0.x version of BlackDay available, on http://themes.simplemachines.org/index.php?lemma=23 download Blackday 1.0 and that will work on a 1.0.7 forum.

Ok I tried it again. Same missing icons...same missing forum stats. I also tried to re-upload the messageindex.template...nothing. :-[

Actually Sloopz was right about the 1.0 version for 1.0.7 SMF software. I've installed the proper version & now my forum stats appear, my message icons appear, & my javascript error I was getting on the home page disappeared. :D
Sloopz was a tremendous help in so many ways. I recommend him highly if he needs a job & anybody's lookin' to hire him. :D
