Hey guys, i got this idea from somebody from the Shop Mod community he was working on it and it seemed to be almost done, apart from the fact he said because he is busy and nobody visits his site anymore it won't be done till near the end of this year because he doesn't care about it or something anymore, i was just wondering if anybody could make a pet mod? this is the ideas:
It would be easier to do the code for shop mod i presume since brasil over there almost done the whole admin side and all of that in under a day!
but if you can do stand alone that would be great.
Ideas:
You get cash when you post, giving you access to buy a pet or something it then turns into like a tamagotchi you have to feed it, take it to the vet stuff like that, and the pet is shown under your avatar with a "Pet Name" up the top

and have like a buy food option and all of that little neat stuff, it would be usefull for some websites too as it would make the younger ones and the people who love little pets to come back and check on there pets.
Final Notes: this is what lacks in SMF, there is no fun addon pet kind of mods that IPB and that PHPBB has, and thats why they are arguably 'better suited' if only SMF would get some actual fun mods out it would be so much better, yes i prefer SMF but unless it gets some fun mods why is the use of using it imho.
all my members loved that option when I had a PHPBB type forum.
I would love to see it on SMF.
