Title, how do you make templates/themes for smf? I know how to use Photoshop CS2, but know no html or PHP. Thanks
You should know moderate level HTML and CSS, and a bit of (very basic level of) PHP or another C-like programming language.
If you don't know these, you are free to start learning a bit ;)
Still, if you don't want to bother with coding, you are free to modify the images and colors of default theme, or another theme. But if you are modifying another theme, you should give the credits to the original author also.
Honestly, theming SMF without even HTML knowledge is difficult.
We are new to skinning SMF but not Invision or vB. Which files do you modify on SMF? Where are they located? Thanks.
