Try using repair_settings.php and the CHMOD part of the installer (Which menas just use the FTP, then when it asks to setup; close it :D)

I think it was just because his site might not have settled in properly with the host :P

Thanks guys. I just decided to reinstall it and import the database. Thanks for the help anyways.
But I do have another problem that has occurred after the move. It is not major but I would appreciate your help. I uploaded all of my avatars that I had on the old server to the avatar folder. And when I go to change my profile the folder name shows up ("MLB Avatars"), but none of the images work (404). The avatars that come with SMF (Actors, Musicians) are working fine. Please help.

Do all the images exist on the new server?
