Is there a special process to delete a theme, or do you just remove the folder from the server?

remove it from admin, then delete from server as simple as that.

RC2 = Admin - Themes and Layout - Themes and Settings then click on the red x beside the theme
1.0.7 = Admin - Themes and Layout - then click on the red x beside the theme
