We switched last night. Overall, I don't think it could have gone any more smoothly. Thank you to the folks from support and other charter members for helping me with some of the little nagging issues we had prior to conversion.

Working on it. It is going to be from scratch to match our October relaunch site.
Glad to see quite a big forum switching over to SMF. I'm sure you will enjoy many of SMF's features that phpBB lacks. :) Best of luck with your community running SMF!
