I did a file compare in the maintanace section of my admin and it says that the source files are not the correct ones.

Here is what it says Sources (Your Version)1.1 RC2 (Current Version)1.1 RC2-1

How can I fix this? Will just uploading the source files from the latest version fix this or will that mess anything up?
