A quick look through and a few things are untranslated. You might want to look at the guidelines and translator list in this thread: http://www.simplemachines.org/community/index.php?topic=7735.0

DTG and sensovision were alreadying doing the Russian translation.

For the most part, translators are leaving the help files throughout the beta releases, so it isn't worth translating them just yet.

Beta 5 public is the last public release, so yes, if you wish to translate, that'll be the version you'll be using.

All other releases will be available only to charter members ??? ?

a) he has removed the copyright
b) there many mistakes
