One of the best feature phpbb had was the easy multiple topics moving
You could just go to the forum go in moderation mode select the topics and move em all in one time
Currently you have to go to the forum
select the topic
modify the first post
hit additional options
hit the move button and specify where to move it too for each an every thread you want to move.
Also it might be a nice idea to have an automove feature feature if a thread become an x amount of days old and where you can specify where it should be moved too.
you can already do this via
"Show quick-moderation on message index as don't show. checkboxes. icons."
in user profile menu
Also, even without quick moderation you do not need to go into each and every topic and edit it to move it! There is a "Move Topic" button at the bottom of each topics screen next to some other moderation controls.
