OK, i got an email saying 1.1 came out. I want my forum upgraded to it. What do i do?

It says: Open up your favorite web browser and browse to http://www.yourdomain.tld/forum/upgrade.php (where Forum is the location of your forum).
http://rosebaugh.net/forum/upgrade.php shows up as "Page Not Found"
