Im missing the Upgrade.php file.
Does someone have one that they can attach here for me.
It should be available in the upgrade package for 1.1rc2.
Besides which you should really be upgrading to 1.1rc3 and not 1.1rc2. ;)

NO NO sorry mate you got me wrong.
I have rc2 and im trying to upgrade to rc3 but no upgrade.php file came in the rc2 of mine so i cant upgrade. All i need is that file so then i can run it to upgrade to rc3.
The upgrade.php is not in your RC2 install, but in the updatepackage for RC3 you need to download.
