Im a long time phpBB user giving SMF a look and I was just curious if there was a way to setup Sub-Categories. I searched the forums here and came across one vague post (http://www.simplemachines.org/community/index.php?topic=101858.0). I have 1.1RC3 installed, but don't see a way to do it. Likewise is there a way to make a category or a forum an external link to another site?
Sub Catagories are not possible but sub forums are.
Forum to an external link is a mod.
As are sub-sub forums (i've had them)

Thanks. At least now I know that is not a built in feature. I had to achieve this with a mod via phpBB as well so it's not a deal breaker.

As are sub-sub forums (i've had them)
I was able to do sub sub forums without a mod in 1.1RC3.
ya, i just meant they are capable.
I have tried sub sub sub forums tho? :P
