I want to add a simple marquee onto my forum pages. This can not be added to the index.html page as it will not appear on all the others. I presume the best way would be by adding it to the template of the pages I want it on. Any ideas or help on this would be greatfully recieved. Thanks,

there are a acouple of mods that may suit you for this.
Ad Management Mod (http://mods.simplemachines.org/index.php?mod=255) will place the same thing in several select spots, or,
Board Notes (http://mods.simplemachines.org/index.php?mod=163) places something different in every board.
