I am porting a phpbb forum to SMF 1.1 RC3 and it asked me if I wish to import the smilies from the phpbb forum.

I chose yes, but when I go into the admin -> smilies page I see... (https://www.simplemachines.org/community/proxy.php?request=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.thebargainsforum.com%2Fpicture1.jpg&hash=30e593d8ba0524fe59c60175447854c539935c40)

Sorry for such an obvious question, but how do I fix this???

Try uploading the smilies you want to the smiley/default directory and see if that helps.

Came to the same answer after randomly uploading the gifs to the smileys directory.
