How in the world do I slow down the refresh rate in a news box.
If I put more than one news item in mine it flashes faster than heck to the alternating news item.
Can somone show me where the settings on the refresh rate is on the rc3 news box is?
its the big white news box near the top. Cant miss it.

Nevermind, I quit looking for it and found it on accident.
themes and Layout / themes an settings / hit theme you are using in the list / 3/4 way down shows 5000 in a box / make it a larger number
