I need to get template information which SMF board is using. I just need the same. I also need to know is there anyway I can put the logo on top.

Not quite sure what you're asking.  The SMF boards that we're on now are using SMF 1.1RC3 Default template.
You can place your own logo ontop of your boards by editing your index.template.php
