i have the Saf-Blue theme working on my forum.. designed by forsakenlad.. very nice theme.. however can someone tell me how I can add another button to this theme please and also does anyone know how I can change the time for 'users active' from 15min to 30min?

Adding buttons in that theme seems to be the same as for the default (babylon) theme. See http://www.simplemachines.org/community/index.php?topic=7854.msg75035#msg75035 for more info on that.

To change the users online time, go to Admin -> Edit Features and Options and look for "Users online time threshold". Change that value to whatever you want.
