Is 1.0.8 the newest version of SMF or is it 1.1rc3?

1.0.8 is the current stable release however 1.1rc3 is the next version (with more features) but it has not reached final yet.

1.1rc3 is pretty settled though and is being used on some very big SMF forums already.
