I apologize if this is the wrong forum for this but, love the theme but can't make the ShoutBox show. Comes up in admin like it's working normal. I need to find out what I need to do to make it work. There are other themes that it acts the same way. My members are really fond of the ShoutBox and need to keep it. Thanks for any help.

If it is the shout box, I don't think it has to do with the theme. Do you have Tiny Portal installed or the shout box mod?
Perhaps bringing this to the attention of one of those areas will aid you.
Mods only install on the default theme. You must make the changes manually for each theme. As rebel already said, consult the shout box thread for assistance.
