I just signed up as a CM and do not where or how to pay the membership fee.  Would someone please tell me?

Have you done all this:

To signup for a Charter Membership simply follow the following steps:

    * Go to "Paid Subscriptions" in your profile.
    * Select "Charter Membership".
    * Follow the instructions on screen to create your account.

The Charter membership account was created and activated.  Do I still do this?  Thanks!

The subscriptions link in your profile should allow you to pay if you have not yet already done so.
