Title: Merging 2 Forums into 1

I have a site using Invision Power Board(U) v1.3 Final © 2003 (500+ users)
Another site using PHPBB (I'm not sure what version) (150+ users)

I have in mind merging both of them together and possibly turning the whole thing to SMF

Is it possible? What is the best way to do this while keeping all users and post.

We don't have a merge script unfortunatly, but I beleive phpBB does so you could convert the IPB to phpBB then merge them and then convert to SMF.
