Ive been looking on the site but i cant find it, i know its here but ive forgotten how to get there,
i need to edit the menu were it says like "Home, Help, Admin" ETC..

i beleive it would be the index.php file under your defualt themes folder
try index.template.php of your current theme.

Its forum the default theme. Your theme should be similar though.
