Ok so I installed a script and now I can't read my posts. I uninstalled the modification and it did nothing, I went and manually deleted the databases for the script and it did nothing. Can anyone help me with this?

If you used search you would of found another user with this same problem:

It appears http://mods.simplemachines.org/index.php?mod=287 is not working correctly
If your package manager makes backups for all files it edits (by adding ~ to the end of a copy of it before edited)
If you made a backup of your forum Use it.. Otherwise you may need to upload fresh copy of smf onto your site.
Ok my file manager did make a backup file with the ~ behind it, so now what do I do, just delete the file without the ~ behind it?

You delete the file without the ~ and then rename the file with the ~ to not have the ~.
IE..
You delete: index.php
Rename: index.php~ to index.php
But Make sure you check which files your mod has edited first..
