Print Page - vb 3.6.4 convert to smf error

I don't know where is the wrong every time I try to conver my vb 3.6.4 to smf It's giving me this error

" Unable to find the settings for vBulletin 3. Please double check the path and try again. "

And I'm sure the the path is ok, But i think the problem with my vb convert version, so I want the vb 3.6.4 conversion please
