This template is very suitable for JSMF user...
If you like black..
use this template...all the button, i made it myself..you should owerite everything in this download to classic theme of your smf

It seems that you didn't make all the buttons yourself and that some are from phpBB, I'm not so sure if phpBB allows that. ::)

If the images are from phpBB's SubSilver theme, then they are copyrighted.

I just had a look through the theme and I was unable to find any images from phpBB 2 and phpBB 3.

However I should note that you do NOT need to overwrite your classic theme to use this one. Just install in the Look and Layout section of your profile.
