Ahlan wa sahlan bil jami3

I have a forum and each time someone try to post a post in arabic funny characters will show up.. how can we fix it ??
I have a Yabbse type forum

well am not sure .. is your forum in Arabic or it is in English and you need to see Arabic!!

my best guess is to edit the 'template.php' and include the Arabic charset
