now that SMF is in public beta, can someone post a link to the actual converter? The above link takes me to another thread that chats about it, but never actually links to one. I also searched the YaBB SE boards and did not find one there.

Download the "upgrade" package, it will do the converting. With an 100kb script, no less.

Can I clarify something please.
Will the conversion rename the existing YaBBSE tables or will they simply copy the data from Yabb to SMF?
Also, can the conversion be run twice?
As in, Leave the YaBBSE up and running but behind the scenes convert the full data, go in and set all the necessary member groups, permissions, banned lists etc etc, then redo the conversion to carry across the latest threads and members from Y to SMF

No, a better name for it is "upgrade" not "conversion."
