Title: smf + joomla

hi
i am trying to do a fresh install of smf with joomla. are there any guides that walk you through a fresh install of the two? also can they share one database or do i need to make two?

Joomla and SMF can coexist without interfering into each-other's job.

But, if you need to integrate SMF into Joomla, you have to use a bridge:

If you can, install both Joomla and SMF in the same database - this would prevent some integration issues later.
