I believe this mod was created by turklord or on another forum not associated with SMF. You would have to search elsewhere. Google is your friend. :)

I don't know Turkish but it looks to me like the left box is the top topic makers or posters.
Then the furthest box is the latest posts on the forum. Don't know what the middle is.

The image is just a small fragment of a page. Usually it's displayed below the statistics center on the board index.
I did see it on some turkish boards, but don't know if there's any mod for it.
