I tried uploading it as a zip and installing it. Didnt work. Maybe I did something wrong. I just renamed it.
Same here (only I first unpacked it), I'm afraid. It still displays the latest applicant (not approved yet).

You shouldn't have to unzip it.... just upload it to Packages and install it... does it say it installed successfully?

it will work once you clear out your pending "too be approved" List.
