I've havent seen a thread like it.
Basically it looks like they are adding a top 10 posts, top 10 topics, top 10 boards to the top of the board index before categories.
Qubbah, most of that information is ALREADY shown on the stats page. I think they may just have copied that information from the statistics.php and statistics.template.php files.
