There should be forum games such as slap!
Slap is where each user has a link with a number on the end (there id). Then other users have to "slap" other peoples links to get points. I dunno if this would be possible, but i saw it on a website once.
There is already a Arcade mod. Maybe you can request it on www.smfarcade.info
