How do i add a link to my website homepage and wondered if anyone could write me the script and advise where to add it?
the link to the homepage is www.myamphibia.co.uk
and the actual forum i want the link to go from is http://myamphibia.co.uk/forum/
Not sure where i want the link but amy help would be great maybe on the tabs at top but i already have a home link on there so maybe change the current home tab to "forum home" and then add the website home page to "myampbhia"

I've find an part of solution in helpdesk of simplemachines site but I think I'll must write some code for integrate to mysql database..

First of all you posted this question in the wrong board. Second of all we are all volunteers. And this board is one of the least popular support boards, meaning many people don't check it as often. Since this question relates to SMF, it is probably more appropriate in SMF Coding Discussion (http://www.simplemachines.org/community/index.php?board=60.0). Anyways, as sawz pointed out you could have gotten your answer from searching. This just may be one of the top 5 most commonly asked questions on this forum in my opinion (at least adding menu items in general).

And you can change the current 'Home' text to 'Forum Home' in your language files. Just search for 'Home' in the Themes/default/languages/index.english.php file.

Well since it is a real common question it has been answered a lot.
Mods do move posts, but this board isn't too far off from the correct one and also it isn't a very long question to answer or resolve. Sorry if I got a little defensive. The truth is I just don't like it when people say we are the "worst help boards" when we are all volunteers, and you just happened to get unlucky with this topic.

your theme is back n black. go to that theme folder, download index.template.php and save it. this is your backup copy.
download it again in another folder and scroll down near the end and find your menu links.
add my code above where you want the link to appear.
make sure you backup that file.
this is very important, always backup everything you touch.
