I would like a mod were you can set the defult notification setting for when someone logs in.

In Admin CP being able to choose to check or uncheck all the preferences.
That's it this would be very usefull to me for when a new user registers and you want to send a PM to them but they don't get an e-mail but it just shows up on the website. Could someone make this? I mean it seems simple enough.
