Can I give posts with unread posts a different color for the text?

Care to elaborate? When you say this I could imagine you referring to the topics with the "New" icon next to them and making the text color of those topic links on the message index of a board a different color, which is quite doable by the way. Although, if I am wrong, please let me know what exactly you mean. :)
